One pager: Highlight menu items when scrolling

Hello,

I am creating a website using “The 7” theme. I have based the website on this template: https://the7.io/agency/.

As you can see on this template, when scrolling down, the menu items highlight automatically depending on which section you are on (e.g. “About Agency”, “Services”, etc.). Somehow, I have lost this feature during my editing of the template. Any suggestions on how to toggle this feature on again (preferably without a plugin)?
