One Page website similar to this Squarespace template?

Does anyone sell a template like this one - http://pacific-demo.squarespace.com ?
I was looking for it as either a HTML download (I am able to edit HTML and CSS ok by myself) or a Wordpress theme.

The main features I was after was

  • Top menu centered and ‘transparent’ on top of an image background
  • One page, with sections for ‘About’ ‘Services’ etc.
  • Top menu disappears as you scroll down and replaced by a smaller condensed menu
  • Full screen images
  • Scales down beautifully for mobile and tablet

I don’t need a huge multi-page website, just something simple but cool looking.
