One of itmes got soft rejected , what should i do?

One of my item got soft rejected. the reviewer asked for me to provide credential for the demo.
but i gave it already in the description tag when submitted the item.

can anyone specify me how and where i have to give demo URL and credential for the reviewer.

please provide credential in Comments when will submit for review. In description credential for visitors not for reviewer. So, you have to provide in comments.
