OnAir2 theme is no longer displaying featured images

I have been using OnAir2 for a couple of years and the featured image funtion has now suddenly stopped working properly, particularly on mobile devices. Top level pages no longer display their featured image. Is there a newer version of the theme that needs updating or a plugin issue. The dashboard isn’t showing any updates needed.

Seems there’s one new ( June 1st ) You can update your theme.

Ah yes, looks like the newest version of the parent theme is OnAir2 Version: 3.8.4
I am using the Child Theme (as recommended) and it is version 1.0.0

I have no ideaa how to change over.

Hi @bldobson,

You don’t need to update Child Theme. You will need to update the parent theme (OnAir2 Version: 3.8.4).

You can use Envato Market WordPress Plugin to get auto update features. This plugin helps customers receive updates to their premium wordpress Themes & Plugins purchased through Envato Market (ThemeForest & CodeCanyon).
you can download the plugin from here:

Using this Envato Market WordPress Plugin you will see:

  1. Latest version (need to update version) number
  2. Details view option for the latest version

Otherwise you can download the update version from Envato Market Downloads page and update manually using ftp.

Note: Better to keep a full backup before doing the update.
