From different posts and coments I have seen, there is a recurring theme;
A brand new purchaser downloads the code/plugin.
The new purchaser finds a bug and reports it.
The author says “You must be using an old version, I fixed that x amount of time ago”
What the author is not realizing or thinking about is that the end user can only download ONE version. Whatever is marked as newest. There is no way for a new purchaser to have an old version.
So check what version Envato is displaying to users.
