Ideally it should advance on a single click, contact the theme author, they will be able to help you.
How do I register a complaint that I am not able to contact - though their ticket system - the theme author for support? I purchased a year of support.
Why can’t you contact them through their ticket system? The author @CocoBasic is very active here on the forums and will hear you.

I have answered you this 6 days ago (you will find it on our support forum).
For support we are using Ticksy and they have their own server and probably something was down but now it looks ok for me, it works fine. Try again to visit our support forum.
Ps - I have sent you also answer on the mail.
