Notification when dev responds

I hope this is the right place to ask. I’m not getting any sort of notification when a Dev responds to my question. I have to keep refreshing the page until he does (he’s pretty fast). No auto spam filter is enabled. I have all Envato notification check-boxes checked. I feel like I’m missing something obvious. Can someone show me the way?

Is your query related to Envato item comments or the support ticket page hosted by the author?

This is on the Code Canyon website, and the specific plugin’s support page. It’s not a support ticket where he responds, though one is open and he did respond there once. I missed seeing his post for 2 days the first time because I anticipated I’d be notified when he responded. I asked him how to get those notices but he doesn’t know.

You should get a notification if the developer replies to your comment on the platform. Check your spam folder to make sure notifications from Envato are not going astray.

Ensure your browser notifications are enabled for the Envato site and check your email spam/junk folder for notifications. If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. If all else fails, contact Envato support for further assistance.
