I am usually a very kind person so I am going to do my best here.
I downloaded my new theme, the key code doesn’t work, I reactivated my Elementor and it will not show up , I want to change the appearance of my posts.
This is the only place I can find to post this.
I tried and searched every forum have. I finally shut my computer off and walked away which ic not good for my affiliate marketing website. But it was better than pitching my computer through the window.
Please help as of right now I am almost in tears. And no I am not paying another $50 for someone to do that I have never had a problem with until now.

Hi Laura! Which theme have you downloaded? If you can give some more detailed info, I’m sure the forum community can help you out.

as from your details I can guess you are talking about plugin activation code and the plugin has come with your purchased theme mean theme bundled plugin. If I am right then please check this:
Theme Bundled plugins do not have their own licenses. This means they cannot be activated for updates.
All bundled plugins update responsibility is the theme’s author. So you can safely ignore any plugin activation messages. Just always download the theme latest version to get latest update plugins.

Oh so sorry, I am sure this will help. I purchased jupiter. since this message I have everything working except the jupiter X core plugin. I did download the complete package, unzip it and try to find the plugin within the package but it continues to say the plugin will not communicate so it will not download. Does this info help?

If you have still problem with the theme then The best way to get the support is Contact your purchased Theme Author.

I think this is the answer to my issue but all of the options are not displayed so I thought it was because the plugin is not activated properly. the theme is Jupiter X. I do have everything else working now except the options panel so I can set up my pages.
