Hi, I have uploaded an item for review on Videohive 5 days ago, but i am not getting any emails regarding its status, i dont know if its still in review queue or has been regected, what should i do?
You should be able to see that you have an item in the review queue in your author dashboard, you won’t receive an e-mail until your item has been reviewed. You can also check the average review times here - http://quality.market.envato.com
