Not receiving templates

I have tried to order the same two Powerpoint templates twice this morning via Paypal. But nothing happens. I can see both payments pending in my Paypal account, and when I placed the orders, I did see a confirmation message on screen. But I have not received any email order confirmation. And the templates are still in my shopping cart, which makes absolutely no sense? I can’t get through to customer service, and I am beginning to become a little desperate, as I was supposed to finish this presentation today :frowning:

Anyone with any kind of advice or similar experience?
