Not receiving my order :O

HELP! :scream:

I have tried to order the same two Powerpoint templates - twice - this morning (Paypal). But nothing happens. I can see both payments pending in my Paypal account, and when I placed the orders, I did see a confirmation message on screen both times.

But I have not received any email order confirmation, and my first attempt at buying these templates was 8:15 CET this morning. Another weird thing is, the templates are still in my shopping cart, even though I paid twice and had the order confirmation on the screen shortly after, which makes absolutely no sense? I can’t get through to customer service, and I am beginning to become a little desperate, as I was supposed to finish this presentation today :frowning:

Anyone with any kind of advice or similar experience?
