I bought 8 templates. payPal sent me receipt, but Envato has not sent email to download. Not is spam folder.
Just go to your Downloads page (on ThemeForest) and you can download all your purchased files.
Your account is not showing any purchases.
Are you sure you actually bought the files and didn’t just make a deposit? Is your account balance showing funds? (Top right of the envato marketplace next to your profile name)?
