Not receiving email code to access account

I am trying to access my account from a different device from my laptop and the platform is sending me emails so I can verify my account. This issue is I’m not receiving them. I’ve checked by junk mail, I’ve checked both email accounts, I’ve resent and nothing. How can I touch base with the Envato team to work through this?
