Not able to upload photos take from mobile phone

I am not able to upload photos taken from my Samsung mobile. I have tried uploading using another mobile is ok.

Are you getting any error messages? Have you confirmed the images meet the technical requirements? Especially “Photos must be between 4 megapixels (4.0 MP) and 80 megapixels (80.0 MP) in size.”

If that doesn’t help, I suggest you reach out to the Help Desk as I’ve never encountered this issue before. @KingDog do you have any ideas?
