Not able to update theme for Opencart version 2.2

Hi all,
I had purchased a theme from ThemeForest for my Opencart store version 2.2. But, when I uploaded the files on the server, it’s showing me old theme only. The new theme hasn’t been updated. Please let me know what the issue might be & the theme would be compatible with which version of Opencart?

Need an urgent solution for this.
