Not able to install theam

I am not able to install theam error showing style.css missing please suggest me.

Hi

Make sure you select the “Installable WordPress file only” option. If you select “All files & documentation”, you will not be able to install this zip as is. Instead unzip the file and then locate the installable theme file within it. Luckily most developers clearly label their files, so it should be pretty easy to find.

Also you can unzip your purchased download (All files & documentation) and check the theme documentation hopefully you will get necessary support in documentation how to install and all necessary help.

I am installing installable file from zip folder. As I am working on lot of theams but this problem is not resolving even check online videos also but in that videos same solution is displayed.

I am not installing main folder. After unziping i am installing the file.

the theme you purchased a Shopify theme. So, I believe you have tried to install the theme in Shopify not in wordpress.

To start the installation, You should unzip package you downloaded from themeforest/elements and you will find another .zip in it, which should be called like your THEM-NAME.zip. Please try to install that .zip.

To install the theme follow the following steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, click Online Store, and then click Themes
  2. Click Upload Theme in the top right-hand corner
  3. From the Upload A Theme dialog, click Choose File to select one of the .zip files in the Packages folder (mentioned above)
  4. Click Upload

To publish the theme on your storefront immediately, click Publish theme
