Not able to fine demo file in Moresa - Business WordPress Theme

An error occurred while fetching file from: http://envato.templines.com/import-demo/moresa/moresa.xml !
Reason: 404 - Not Found.

Above link is also not working

Good day, i have downloaded the Moresa demo file from the site and the following error appears…

Reason: 404 - Not Found.

I am using the latest file as mentioned in the previous post.
