Not able to filter search results

Didn’t visit any envato sites for a couple months and just recently returned to purchase some plugins and themes. However I’m finding that it is not possible at all to filter search results.

I’m using Google Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 10 64-bit PC. Tried several sites including themeforest, codecanyon, audiojungle, videohive and result was the same.

This is what the “refine results” filter UI looks like to me:

A bit difficult to find what I am looking for without being able to filter these results.

Can you try clearing your cache and make sure JavaScript is enabled?

Thanks

Cleared cache, updated to Chrome Version 62.0.3202.75 (Official Build) (64-bit), double checked to make sure JavaScript is enabled, also disabled all Chrome extensions. The filters are not appearing unfortunately. No idea if this is related, but just before this I noticed a pop-up element inviting me to participate in envato survey, and this was very close to the area where the filters normally appear.

To clarify, I can filter to limit the results by clicking on categories or adding additional search terms, and this appears above the advertisement for envato Tuts, for example:

However, there is no UI element to sort the results by Rating, Total Sales, Date Updated, etc.

EDIT: Just noticed that these filters are appearing properly when I am reviewing a specific author’s portfolio, but not when I perform a keyword search on any of the envato sites - this is what I am looking for, the dropdown menu to order results by Total Sales, Date Published etc:

UI seems to work totally fine in MS Edge:

That’s pretty unusual. I’d suggest opening an incognito window in Chrome and seeing if the problem persists there; if not, then clearing your cookies would probably fix the issue.

You may also wish to report this problem to Envato Support so they can check into it.
