I submitted “Fashion Pack” item last week,on the day it was supposed to be approved i got an email that my “Soft and Warm Corporate Backgrounds” item needs improvement O.o Some reviewer made a mistake,so when i click on the link to edit the item i am editing this wrong item of some other author,i can see his tags,description and everything.I created a ticket several days ago and still no response,my Fashion Pack item is no longer in queue and is completely gone now,i don’t know if i should upload it again or wait several more weeks for support to answer me?
Do you have a “hidden” tab in your author area? Is your item in there?
