I buy Adning Advertising - Regular License 12 months support on Last July 13 and posted next day a ticket for help in the support area.
Is time now, we have not received any response or help from Envato o whose is in charge of support team. I am thinking seriously to cancel my purchase and ask the warranty for my money back.
Does anyone know if the support for this plugin is dead?
I pay for a 12 months support!
Hope you opened support ticket to the author (author support system) of your purchased item.
