We have noticed some unusual cases. In our recent monthly earnings report (September 2024), India is missing from the report.
Previously, it was in the top three positions, and now it’s gone.
I guess this issue is specific to some countries.
Envato has changed its marketing strategies.

You lost money
We’re selling almost 20-30 licenses in India, but they disappeared last month.
I don’t think every sale got charged back.
There might be a tracking issue or Envato may stop selling there
