No response for almost a week after submitting tickets

I purchased the support for “Reality | Estate Multipurpose WordPress Theme” support, and submitted tickets, but there’s no reply for amost one week. Just wondering how long should I wait for the reply?

Thx for the reply… the tickets are submitted to https://sfwebservice.com/.
Actually I extended the support service last week, if it’s not supported, how can I have it refunded?

And in this case, it’s hard to use the theme, how to handle this case?
