No One Can Post Comments On My Blog

Hey,

I’m using the travelog theme and no one can post comments on my blog including myself.

The error I get is “you’re submitting to quickly”. I de activated all plug ins in case it was a plugin conflict issue, but didn’t work.

I then switched themes and I can now post comments. So this tells me it’s a problem with my theme.

Does anyone knwo how to fix this issue the themeforest travelog theme?
