In 2021 I bought a wordpress theme. I received a purchase ID. In June of this year, I purchased support for this theme, but I did not receive a new purchase ID. Is anyone able to help me?
Only the old purchase ID is still available in the plugin.
If you’re talking about the purchase code, then this is correct, you won’t receive a new purchase code when renewing support. Instead, the support extension will apply to the existing purchase code.
If you’re still seeing messages from your theme (or the author’s support website) saying that your support has expired, try re-entering the purchase code to refresh it.
