Hi! does anyone experiencing the delay in earnings update? usually the delay are not like today, still 20 Aug earning.

We’re all in 20 Aug. It’s just how Elements calculated the earning. If you in 20 Aug, there is no delay for the earning.

The report was on August 20 two days ago. There is a delay. I guess it will be updated after the weekend

My total earnings amount changed last evening but the individual day earnings are still August 20.

Monthly total and daily earnings (Aug 22) updated for me this evening but the graph only shows up to Aug 17. 
Try changing the End Date filter on the graph, works for me

For few days there is no update of earnings info. @BenLeong can you explain what’s happening? Thanks
Earnings are updated on my side. If you are talking about the graph charts, try re-filtering the End Date of the charts
Hi @LumenMedia. I’m just catching up on this issue (and everything else I’ve missed over the last week) - it looks like earnings data is up to date, with August 23 Elements Earnings currently available in the dashboard view. As @qrelab mentioned though, you need to adjust the End Date to see the most recent data.
I’ll check with our data team to find out why this is the case - I’ve done a few spot checks, and it looks like it defaults to showing the data up until Aug 17, instead of showing the full available range.
