No Customer Service?

I’m trying to make sure that my cancellation went through.
I do see it as canceled, BUT it’s canceled next year, NOT within the limited time I’m supposed to cancel by.
I don’t want to be charged for it since I canceled way before the allotted date - and though I emailed CS, I haven’t heard back anything from them for a few days now.
I would hate to dispute this with my bank, so does anyone know if there really IS a customer service?
And if so, is there another way to contact them?
