Ninethme Forester License not found

Downloaded the Forester Theme by Ninetheme on Envato Elements but they didnt put a license number or purchase code on pack.

I have experienced some issues with this theme but cant open a ticket on his forum because they demand a purchase code and I havent.

How can i get this code?

Themes downloaded from Elements do not come with purchase/license codes and they do not come with support.
You will have to purchase it from ThemeForest if you need a support for this item.
