Newspaper Template Issue About User and Subscription

I have purchased a Newspaper/Newsweek Template. That template is having subscription option but it can not create user and subscriptions can not see how many submissions can do in that submissions as well. Please resolve the issue asap. I can not control user if I created one user I can not ask or assign subscription plan to him or can not track users subscription. Please do the needful.
