Newspaper 8.5 Tutorial?

Hello, my first attempt to try to go it alone. I purchased, loaded and activated my Newspaper 8.5. Now how do I get started in updating everything? Is there a instruction link somewhere? that takes someone from start to finish?

Also, I would like to hide my username being used all the postings at this time, how do I do this?
