The images are not displayed on the cover, or in the entries, or in the media library, and when I upload the images they are deleted when published. The theme is installed on escobarnews.com

I believe that this problem is not related to the theme by @tagDiv , but most probably to server settings or upload folder permission.
Try to change the theme and then to upload the image to see if it’s visible in the media library. If the problem persists check this: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-image-upload-issue-in-wordpress
