News247 template error at home joomla

Dear friends,

I try to install quickstart News247 template and choose Home joomla design.
Bút I get error:
Joomla\CMS\Filesystem\Folder::create: Path not in open_basedir paths

It’s will be ok If I unpublish Vina Camera Slider for Content module, but I want to use this module.

Please anybody help. Thank you.
