Hi @kvetrivel,

It looks like theme author has responded to your inquiry. @avantgardia declares response time to be 1 business day, however you need to be aware of possible time zone differencies.

yes i agree, but for my first request they responded in 1 business day, for
my 2nd request 1 business day time already gone, again i remined today
also…

as per indian standard time their first reply on 22nd 3 am, but today 23rd
they suppose to reply in the same time, but not.

we are hardly waiting for their response.

please help me on this how to get their reply.

Note : How to send the private message to (avantgardia) them, it is showing
open to all. When i purchased moview theme, their (themeum) support is also
in private message.
