Is this the first theme you’ve purchased? If you’re buying a WordPress theme for a new website, you’ll need somewhere to host it.
There’s a great guide to setting up a new WordPress site here, from @WPExplorer:
That covers hosting, setup, and some recommendations for plugins that can add extra features to the site.
Most hosting companies also have setup guides, like this one from Siteground:
If you need help with anything, there are plenty of experienced WordPress users on these forums who should be able to give advice.
