I’ve just purchased recently a new theme from your themeforest site and have had nothing but headache! I’m trying to edit my site pages and customize etc but all my pages are showing with shortcode when I’m in the block editor and I have no idea about any of that!!!
I’ve tried to change my theme look in the customization bit and I can’t change anything, my homepage writing is all blue and there are no theme colours showing up, even though I’ve imported demo content? HELLLLLPPP please

I wish that was the case but unfortunately they’re very hard to get in contact with that’s why I’m here as I can’t find any help
I think the theme is using any page builder and those shortcodes are from the page builder plugin. If you like to go with Block editor then please the theme is ‘Gutenberg Optimized’ or not. If not then you have to go with the page builder.
But definitely the best option is get in touch with the theme author.
