I have submit my theme for review, but now it took more then 10day and nothing happend. last 3 month i have submit new item too but it took only 4day for review, so please tell me what should i do now.

No, numbers on that page are fake and buggy all the time, it takes about 60 days as you can see in this thread [ThemeForest] Envato Review Times
