New site new wordpress and kleo not updating in settings

why does my kleo theme not change and resets to default when I try and change anything in the theme settings… I thought it was me or a plugin so I re installed WP to a clean database and still when I change anything in settings it does not save the settings

but is this not the envarto forum and the theme is by envarto?

envarto is a marketplace where Authors selling their items. Item support provide the item author. So, to get support customer have to get in touch with the author of the purchased item.
