i like the originality though i think that the shape is a bit “complex” for a logo template but still a bit too simple to redo , i think that u should find a way to give a bigger originality touch to what u have here while simplify, i mean not having as many lines which appear a bit as “details”. The typo part is rather flat, clean, in a way , but flat and assume that as regard to the high expectations that they have when it comes to typo, here, no matter in which category you post, then, they probably wait for more variations, combinations and touches of originality. Indeed, globally the final version looks a bit too much as a rough , it would be a good idea to implement some relief somehow some way so that the item is more complex, more outstanding without necessarily bringing more details to the table. It also seems to me that in the horizontal version, the text part could be a bit bigger as the illustration part is prevailing a bit

well there is definitely an effort in terms of originality and this cool, though, for me , the problem is that the two letters mixed together like this tend to be seen as a symbol in the forts place and this is hard ti identify what it stands for, this looks a bit like a cloud symbol but placed vertically , this is a bit “disorienting”. My second major problem with this is is that the composition of the created shape creates some visual misbalance that u had trouble to handle , a bit as if texts and illustration were not aligned in the middle and this is disturbing visually speaking
i also think that the same between both letter should be a little bit bigger as , when seeing the logo in small size, the “gap” will tend decrease visually and the partition disappear, which is not appropriate. U have a clear discrepancy between illustration and text in the horizontal version, the illustration definitely prevails too much over the text part, u should try to increase the text section
