Hello. I bought a regular license of a theme last year. I used the theme for my company’s website, but now it has changed its name, domain and hosting. Everything that had been done is no longer online. Is it allowed to use the same theme that I bought for my “new company”, with a new name, domain and hosting?

As long as the theme is not being used on another domain name/website you should be okay to re-use the theme for your new company. If it is a Wordpress Theme that requires activation, then you might need to contact the author of the theme privately and explain to them what has happened, because the theme might require activation again on a new domain name with hosting that will be using a different IP address or nameserver.
