New Comment into Spam Folder Gmail


Recently, all new comment from ThemeForest into our Spam Folder Gmail. I tried to mark not spam many times. Even, I created a filter and mark: Never send it to Spam. It is till send to Spam for next new comment.

I think you can contact with gmail support team.
Try to solve it otherwise Envato (All messages are recorded and spam is not tolerated) can take action against you.

Try adding the email address to your contacts. That normally sorts the problem out.

As for @ [unlockdesign]:

This just means that you should not spam envato members. It has nothing to do with your personal email account and how this is set up!!!
