Hi All!
Long time consumer, looking to take the plunge into authorship.
I am in the planning/building stages of a tester AE template and must say it is challenging to put yourself
in the shoes of the user. After building one-offs for many years building something user-friendly is a whole new experience!
Just want to put out an open call to seasoned, fledgling, and all those in between authors to post any advice, tips, or tricks to building a product not only customers want to buy, but easy to use.

Documentation/Support
Do you advertise/market your products? How?
Simplicity over Features?
Features over Simplicity?
If you could go back to the beginning what would you tell yourself?
