New account still not authorised

HI I created a new account and still waiting for the email confirmation to come through to validate my email, created a ticket and no response.

I also purchased a theme and the payment went through, but cant download the theme since my account is still pending validation.

I hit the resend email validation link 5 times already and still nothing.

nothing in spam folder or junk mail.
