Never received code for Slider 6 plugin

I was working on our wordpress website. I was changing the slider, and a flag came up saying I needed to purchase Slider 6. I clicked on it and purchased it through paypal. No email at all sent to me with access code, and it is now 10 days later. Any suggestions? Is there any way to contact these fools through email?
