As already said, this has no chance of being approved, BUT you are on the good path, there is just a long road ahead.
Your biggest problem is definitely typography - it’s very amateurish. Learn some tutorials, check some nice designs on Dribbble and work on it.

Thanks alot for kind reply but can you please teach me ? I will pay you according to you per hour rate or fixed whatever you feel better. Because i watched lots of tutorials and i purchased some themes to know how they design but if you can help me so i can solve out my problems.

Sorry, I don’t do lessons:) Please keep in mind that this is a long process, you need months of practice. Just be patient and work hard.
