i’m working on a website template for themeforest and i need your input on this section:

Am i Overusing the blue underline thing?
and if so, should i delete the main heading underline and keep the sub heading underlines below them, or vise versa? and is there any other improvement you think i can add to it?

Just my personal opinion you can omit the blue underline at least you can remove from 4 services.
