Need to understand my statement/ first time customer

Hi,

What does the -ve figure of $56 mean in my statement ? If it is the amount which was to be refunded to me against my theme purchase, can I use this to purchase another theme?
Also cud someone plz explain the break up of the heads in the statement.
I need to understand this as I intend to use more services on this platform.

Is there a way to reflect the refunded amount in my Envato balance so that I can purchase another template with it?

I’m having the issue i purchased theme and now there is nothing whom i can contact and get support just all i can do it fill forms on website and can ask for info regarding my refund but just ROBOT reply me and no one other come to HELP, i really need money to give my local client and i’m totally HELPLESS now

That statement looks like the credit has been refunded? Is your profile balance not including this now?
