Need to know reason to get rejection on my item

I Recently uploaded the Hotux - Hotel & Resort HTML5 Template But it got rejected due to quality standards. Please Let Know What 's the reason behind on rejection. Although i have many site template which already approved.

I have saw your item i think you need to improbve your item design quality that is them main reason to reject your item improve your item design quality or make more unique design hope they will approved your item next time.

Thanks for your feedback but i have used psd template which was in themeforest and according to permission of psd author i did it into HTML along with added extra pages.
