My client’s site was set up by another developer who purchased Avada for them in her own account. I have the license number and have registered that number on the site, but I still need to move the license into my client’s Envato account so I can access updates to the theme. My site says the Avada version is current but it is 6.1.2. and I don’t see anywhere to turn on auto updates.
I’m not even sure how to check and see if she still has it in her own account.
