I manage resurrectionopc.org, which runs on the Purity theme for Wordpress by Veented. I inherited the website from someone else and no longer have the Purity theme purchase code. I would like to put in a support ticket (https://veented.ticksy.com/submit/#821) but can’t without a purchase code. I know we came by the theme honestly; I just don’t have the old records. Is there any way to get support now without a purchase code?
Unfortunately, no, there is no way to ask for support without a purchase code or license or proof of purchase. In your situation you’ll have to re-purchase the item.
