Friends i want to create wordpress theme option panel, option tree will help to create it fast but i need from basic and ready to use guide plz share with me.
Option Tree is as easy as creating options with built in UI and then using these options in your template… Everything is in the documentation. If you want to create your own theme options framework you will have to dive into the Options Tree’s code or buy any WP theme from here and check out how it is done.
why don’t you try this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TP81k4HpF3w

This is an easiest option panel
NHP was one of the grandaddy option panels out there. We forked it some months ago to make ReduxFramework 3.0. The dev behind NHP liked it so much, he’s merged with us.
Check out ReduxFramework 3.0. You won’t be disappointed.

Or, you know, you could use the native WordPress customisation API which is loaded by default in every single WordPress installation now;
https://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Customization_API
Further customisation frameworks no longer make sense to use I’m afraid, we should be extending upon the customisation API, not using other, external settings mangers.
Forgot to mention, Redux nearly has full customizer support. So soon you will get the best of both worlds.
The customizer is great, but only has a set number of fields. Sometimes you just need more screen space than a little bar.

I agree with you that Redux is cool but the only problem it’s new, very difficult to get a tutorial or best guideline on how to use it. I still prefer Option Tree for now till Redux has matured

Gotta agree with Tommus here. And the limited set of fields and controllers can be easily extended and there are quite a few tutorials and even pieces of code available on blogs and GitHub to get you started.
right now i am working on SMOF framework. so i can help you related to SMOF if you want to use it
rahulkashyap saidSMOF is outdated now, you must use Redux or any other framework that is supported by its developers. I say this because I was one of the SMOF developers and we decided to discontinue its development.right now i am working on SMOF framework. so i can help you related to SMOF if you want to use it

ok sir ji but i have spend lots time on SMOF for understanding
You won’t be dissapointed with Vafpress. They got it all: options, metabox support, shortcodes, and free support, and above that looks much better. I forgot about Redux or any other fancy condings in the first place.

Did you got any tutorial for the same?
Redux has some video tutorials up. We have some of the top themes on TF.
We also have extensive documentation and our development hasn’t become stagnant.
SMOF hasn’t been updated for years, and VafPress (last I heard) was losing its lead developers.
Titan Framework is pretty active, though.
Options Framework is active, but minimal.
The best thing about Option Tree is it has a built in panel builder, but it’s hard to port that to a PHP class.
So yea. I’m the lead dev of Redux, but there are lots of options out there. It’s just what you want.
But these developers like Redux: http://reduxframework.com/showcase/envato
