In total there are 4 pages to this admin panel I need done.
I also need to be functional, people should be able to login with their Facebook or Instagram username.
When they log in, it matches their usernames with a Fitness Plan that is set up for them

There should be an area, simple, for admin panel where I can select users and assign them their plans (Backend panel)
